Twin Creeks Twisters

Hello parents, I regret to inform you that we will not have a Twisters swim team this summer. The league met last week and collectively decided we could not move forward. We believe this is in the best interest of the health and safety of our families. Even if government authorities were to allow gatherings like swim meets this summer, which remains uncertain, there are other problems resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic. A few teams in our league have lost sponsorship funding and likely will not have anywhere to practice. Accordingly, the league teams unanimously voted to cancel the season. This makes me very sad, as I was truly looking forward to a great season. Fortunately, we have not yet charged any accounts for swim team dues, so we do not have any refunds to manage. We will not hold a registration, swim suit try-ons, or any practices this summer. Sadly, we will have to wait for the 2021 season. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me.
