THESE ARE MORNING PRACTICES! Starting after Memorial Day we switch to morning practices!  Below are the current summer practice times:

MONDAY-THURSDAY

Dust Devils (TUE/WED/THU): 7:30-8:00 AM

6 & Under: 8:00-8:30 AM

7 & 8:  8:30-9:15 AM

9 & 10:  9:15-10:00 AM

11 & Up : 10:10-11:00 AM

6 & Under: 5:30-6:00 PM

7 & 8 and 9 & 10: 6:00-6:45 PM

11 & Up: 6:55-7:45PM

EVENING PRACTICE SIGNUP

Evening practices are NOT meant to be EXTRA practices for your child. Please only come to one practice per day. We want to encourage as many as possible to attend the morning practice, as evening practices will not be as productive with mixed age groups and limited lane availability. If your swimmer needs to attend an evening practice (due to parent work schedule, travel, camp hours, etc.), please fill out this form so we know how many to expect each day:

Our team is growing so our Popsicle Party Pre-Season Kickoff will be split into two fun days. For your convenience, siblings are welcome to attend together in the younger swimmer's age bracket. 

Monday, April 20th: 6 & under 5:30-6:15pm, 7 & 8 6:15-7:00pm 

Tuesday, April 21st: 9 &10 5:30-6:30pm, 11 & older 6:30-7:30pm

IMPORTANT NOTE:

During the Season Kick-Offs, your swimmer will be sorted to the Thunder or Lightning Squad for practice starting Monday, April 27th depending on skill level for practices. Coach Annabel will be sending this information out via email prior to the start of official practices. If you cannot attend the Pre-Season Kick-Off and this is your first year with us, we will do our best but please know that this grouping is flexible and can be modified based on swimmer progress. 

2026 After-School Practices: 

MONDAY-FRIDAY

6 & Under: 4:00pm to 4:30pm

7 & 8 Thunder: 4:30pm to 5:00pm

7 & 8 Lightning: 5:00pm to 5:30pm

9 & 10 Thunder: 5:40pm to 6:20pm

9 & 10 Lightning: 6:20pm to 7:00pm

11 & Up Group 1: 7:10pm to 7:55pm

11 & Up Group 2: 7:55pm to 8:40pm
