Heat Sheets
Heat sheets are essentially the "program" for the meet. They tell you who is swimming in each event, which heat (or group) and which lane of the pool each swimmer is in. Heats are organized by a swimmer's seed time, with faster swimmers in later heats. Heat sheets also show scheduled times for each heat. Happy reading!
